1. Product Technical Description

This product is a high-strength SMC polymer street lamp manhole cover, which is made of high-strength SMC sheet molded plastic as the basic material. After high-temperature molding, it forms a high-density whole, shaped like an iron plate, with a hard texture, making up for the defect of BMC reinforced steel product test load not meeting the standard. After verification by the national authority department, the load has met the requirements of GB/T 23858-2009 and EN124 standards, and its maximum load can reach 900KN. The current product has been widely used in inspection wells such as power, telecommunications, mobile, gas pipelines, chemical bases, as well as in real estate, urban main roads, high-grade highways, highways, freight terminals, airports, and other places.

2. Product Load Description

The product specifications are divided into six load levels: A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, and F900, and can be produced according to customer requirements (including load, pattern, handle, etc.).

A15 type (15F/KN): Suitable for areas such as green belts and sidewalks where motor vehicles are prohibited from entering.
B125 type (125F/KN): Suitable for sidewalks, non motorized lanes, car parks, and underground parking lots.
C250 type (250F/KN): Suitable for residential communities, back streets and alleys, areas where only light motor vehicles or small cars are driving, or within 0.5M of the curb on both sides of the road.
D400 type (400F/KN): suitable for urban main roads, highways, high-grade highways, highways, and other areas.
E600 type (600F/KN): suitable for areas such as freight stations, docks, airports, etc.
F900 type (900F/KN): suitable for airport runways and other areas
